Sign in with GitHub

One sign-in gets you into the Maintainer Portal, where you can index manuals, review submissions, and, once you're approved, manage who else works on this vehicle with you.

Index the manual ~20 min, automatic

Pick the same PDF here. Indexing reads the whole document and finds where every photo belongs. It can take up to about 20 minutes for a large manual, so feel free to switch tabs while it runs. If you close the browser by accident, just come back and pick the same file again to pick up where you left off.

Give it a quick pass ~15 min

Confirm the vehicle name, add a link to where you got the manual, and clear out anything the auto-detection obviously got wrong. It doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to be a real first pass, not raw output nobody's looked at.

Submit and wait days, mostly waiting

A small team checks the basics: is the source verifiable, does the name follow convention, was this actually reviewed. It's not a photo-by-photo audit, and it's usually not a long wait.

You're the maintainer ongoing

Once approved, you're the first maintainer for this vehicle. Review photo submissions and steer quality -- that's the whole job.

⚠ You can't approve your own photo contributions, so finding a co-maintainer is your first real task, not an afterthought.
