BLAYDE MANUAL // MAINTAINER PORTAL
Thank you for maintaining. Everything is in one place here.
Sign in to review photo submissions, manage your vehicle's team, approve new manuals, and index one of your own.
Photo requests
Every vehicle you maintain, who else is on it, and how active they've been -- just for the vehicles you're actually on.
Visible to every maintainer -- useful to check before you start indexing a vehicle that's already in the queue. Approve/reject only work if you're on the org team.
Pending new vehicles
Raise a specific change -- a photo's position or size, or a missing/wrong slot -- the same way any photo submission gets reviewed. Patch your own copy against the current approved photos, browse it page by page, and any box you adjust becomes the issue.

Issues ready to submit
Submitted issues show up in Review Photo Requests and get reviewed the same way any photo submission does -- by a different maintainer, same accept/reject tool.
Indexes the full document -- can take up to 20 minutes for a large manual. You can switch to another tab, it keeps working in the background. If you close this tab or the browser by accident, just come back and re-select the same PDF -- it'll pick up where it left off.
Confirm the vehicle
Found from the manual itself -- fix it if it's wrong. Should match our naming convention: make-model-year-range (e.g. suzuki-sv650-1999-2002).
What kind of manual is this?
A short label for this edition -- OEM, Haynes, Chilton, whatever it actually is. If this vehicle already has a repo, this joins it as a new edition alongside whatever's already there.
Where can we find this manual?
A URL to where you got it (ManualsLib, a forum post, wherever) -- required, so the team can verify the source before approving. Not the file itself, just where to find it.
Required before you can submit.
Review photo identification for initial submission
Your initial submission must meet Maintainer Standards. Quick reminders: delete anything that isn't actually a photo opportunity (wording, a stray line, a repeated find) — a blank box that can never be filled just confuses the next contributor · page numbers and running headers/footers aren't figures, delete those too · when unsure, leave it -- a false positive costs a click to delete, a missed real one costs nothing since the team does a real check before this goes live.
